Solo Shop Operator – Lead the Vibe at Izzy’s Ices ($17/hr. + Tips)
Izzy’s Ices is looking for a Lead Operator to own the shift at our Downtown Santa Cruz shop. This is a solo-operator position—perfect for someone who is reliable, independent, and hates being micromanaged.
The Role:
Total Ownership: You run the shop, the espresso bar, and the music. You are the face of the brand for your 4.5-hour shift.
No "Homework": We don't do "sit and wait" culture. When it’s slow, you’re active—sampling on the sidewalk, keeping the shop pristine, and engaging with the neighborhood.
The Pay: $17/hr + Tips. (Plus clear daily sales bonuses for hitting targets).

Requirements:
18+ years old.
